Breaking Down Strongholds by Discovering Your Purpose

Many churches have a mission, whether formal or not, that includes raising-up leaders who impact our communities and the world. Their Men's Ministry should play an integral part in this mission. Preparing the men requires that we provide them with the necessary leadership skills that will enhance the man's ability to serve God in his ordained purpose.

When men know their purpose, they know how to direct their daily efforts to attain that purpose. They become aware of the principles needed as they refocus their efforts. In addition, they now have the fortitude, energy, and passion to sustain their efforts to attain that purpose.

Men who know their purpose also benefits their family. Once the man has conveyed his God ordained purpose, the man knows the resources needed to attain this purpose.  There is also a reduction in family conflict because family members know the passion that God has given the man. Therefore, family members understand how to enhance the efforts of the man who pursues his God ordained purpose too.

Men who know their purpose benefits the church too. Men who know their purposes are more likely to participate in a church ministry. They will volunteer their time, talent, and treasure to enhance the overall mission and vision of the church.
