We at The Promised Land Ministry transform lives through kingdom of God leadership principles. We provide leadership training for churches leaders, church organizations, men, and couples. We have a leadership institute and offer team building and strategic planning for churches.

The ministry began with an event that would transform the marriage between Dr. Derrick and Minister Sheila Campbell. We were faced with a marriage challenge that could have led to divorce. As a result, Dr. Campbell wrote his second book – Leading Your Marriage to the Promised Land’.

After overcoming that challenge Dr. and Mrs. Campbell started a book signing tour throughout New Jersey. In May 2009, his first book signing was in Perth Amboy at the Doors to Knowledge Christian Book Store. Dr. Campbell is seen here with the owner.

Dr. Campbell continued the book signing tour across New Jersey at various Christian organizations.

Dr. Campbell facilitated the ‘Leading Your Marriage into the Promised Land’ workshop on the Norwegian Jewel Cruise Line.

From that the organization can determine the resources that are necessary to attain their goals. Organizations that refuse to plan are destined to fail.
